Widely recognized for his dedication to mental health, he has consistently earned praise within the Orlando community and is currently named the Best Therapist in Orlando Weekly's Best of Orlando for 2023.

Good To Self embodies many of Jeremiah's passions, including psychology and understanding ourselves and others; philosophy and our search for meaning; and literature, history, and the humanities, which help us make sense of life and share the story of humanity.

Jeremiah holds a Ph.D., M.A., and M.Div. and is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with the state of Florida.

Outside the office, Jeremiah enjoys reading poetry and prose, playing tennis, and watching great films. He also co-hosts a bi-weekly podcast, Good to Talk, which explores topics in mental health and wellness. He lives in Orlando, Florida, with his wonderful wife and their two energetic children.

  • Eliza Ward

Eliza has worked nationally as a mixed media artist for over a decade specializing in carpentry, paint, and illustration. She holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on biomedical science and anthropology and has since completed continuing education as a web developer. Alongside Jeremiah, Eliza co-hosts the podcast Good to Talk, making up the first branch of the "Good to" project series.

Always seeking new and interesting ways to reach across disparate disciplines, Eliza has very much enjoyed helping to create the Good to Self experience. Her hope is that GTS will act as a tool for those wishing to introspect more deeply, facilitating movement in the places we can too easily feel stuck. She recommends taking your time and attempting to remain open-minded, allowing space for exploration.

When not creating for work, Eliza enjoys reading, swimming, making music, and spending time with loved ones. She believes in the intrinsic value of curiosity, creativity, and kindness and plans to never stop learning new things. Eliza never passes up an opportunity to visit a post office, library, or art supply store and she is always ready for a snack.
